Today I had my 1st appointment with Jodi. With no idea what to expect, I found her after much research. She has great reviews and I know why! She clearly laid out the pre/post nutrition and activity recommendations. i didn't think much would happen on day 1, but I already see improvement in my belly! It's amazing and feels like a miracle as these are my stubborn spots. Jodi is great, truthful, helpful, caring and passionate about what she does. She takes time to explain the process and makes sure you know what to do to receive the best results. She is friendly, funny and compassionate, it was a much needed "therapy" session.
